Cookies policy

§1

This Policy sets out the rules for storing information and Seller's access to information already stored on the Customer's Devices in the form of Cookies.

All concepts defined in the Regulations retain their meaning also in this Policy. Moreover, the following terms are given:

Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the Customer uses the Store's websites.

Own Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Seller, related to the provision of electronic services by the Seller via the Store.

External Cookies - means Cookies placed by third parties via the Store's website.

Policy - this Cookie Policy, constituting Annex 2 to the Regulations.

Device - means an electronic device through which the Customer gains access to the Store.

The Seller uses cookies to store information on or access to information already stored on the Customer's Device - on the terms set out in this Policy.

The seller uses the following types of cookies:

 

Session cookies: they are stored on the Customer's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The saved information is then permanently removed from the Device's memory.

 

Persistent cookies: they are stored on the Customer's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the Device.

 

The use of cookies by the Seller does not cause any configuration changes in the Customer's Device and software installed in this Device.

 

§3

The Seller uses own Cookies for the following purposes:
a) Customer authentication in the website and providing a user session in the Store
b) implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of the online store

The seller uses external cookies for the following purposes:
a) collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools, Google Analytics
b) using interactive functions to popularize the Store using social networking sites, Facebook

The Customer has the ability to restrict or disable access of Cookies to his Device in the settings of the web browser or through the configuration of the service - in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies or inform each time that Cookies are placed on the Customer's Device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

The customer may delete cookies at any time.

Limiting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store's website.
